the present invention relates to a method which includes receiving an input mesh representation from a cardiac chamber, a set of locations measured on a cardiac chamber wall tissue and a respective set of local activation times (tals) measured in locations. the input mesh is remade to form a regular mesh that includes polygons made regular. the set of measured locations and the respective tals are given adjusted to the regular polygons. respective values of such and respective probabilities that the wall tissue includes scar tissue are iteratively calculated for the regular polygons, in order to obtain an electrophysiological activation wave (ef) on the regular mesh that indicates scar tissue. an electro-anatomical map overlaid on the regular mesh is shown, and the map includes the activation wave ef and the scar tissue.
