the invention described and claimed in the present application comprises a modular and integrated system for optimal training and competition, organized, structured and integral with the use of conditioning and training tools based on boxing and martial arts, record keeping, integration, display components and communication. the only structural elements of the invention comprise a metal frame, easy to assemble and disassemble, anchored to the floor with latching means. impact receiving means, boxing training bags and other training tools can be mounted on the board in a predetermined pre-structured layout and arrangement. the underlying idea is to seek and optimize a global training view of a single participant or a group of participants in order to improve their training experience and results, and allow the individual to establish training and group competition metrics.
