the present invention relates to strains of chimeric yellow fever zika virus and their attenuated versions, wherein the nucleotide sequence encoding the signal sequence and the premix protein of said yellow fever virus is replaced by a nucleotide sequence encoding the signal sequence and the prme protein of a Zika virus.
