apparatus and method for removing typical phase error in a dvb-t/h type receiver has been a receiver consisting of a global digital video/portable broadcasting receiver (dvb-t/h . the dvb-t/h receptor comprising a rapid fourier (fft) transform operating next t o a signal for the delivery of an fft signal containing a quantity of samples; a spectrum deflector component for the reorganisation of samples in the fft output signal for the supply of a signal with a deviated spectrum;and a phase broker for estimating a phase error from the fft output signal for correction of a phase of the deviated spectrum signal according to the estimated phase error.
