biosensor for the detection of thyroid hormones and applications in nanomedicine. construction of a biosensor for the detection of thyroid hormones and synthetic analogues using an electrode containing interdigitated gold tracks. in this device, both the solid surface and the solid surface of the gold trails, were previously prepared with silane agents and binary mixture of unions using the self-organized monolayer technique (sams). the lbd region of the human thyroid nuclear receptor tr 225 1 was immobilized on these prepared surfaces by "casting". the detection of these hormones is carried out according to electrical measurements of impedance and resistance, which can be related to the concentrations of the analytes in a simple axis of coordinates, with capacitance or resistance versus concentration. this methodology allows to obtain a biosensor for thyroid hormones, such as t3, t4 and triac, as well as for synthetic binders, such as gc-1.
