The invention refers to a stable formula, including an antibody or a fixed fragment of antigen 4 related to cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTLA4), in addition to a human expected death 1 (PD-1) antibody or a fixed fragment of an antigen therein. In addition, a method for treating various cancers and chronic infections with the formula of the invention is provided.
