This invention refers to compounds of type (I) and (IV),and medically acceptable salts,identical,their stereoisomers,which are histone deactivation inhibitors (HDAC). The compounds of this invention are for use in the treatment of disorders that are improved by HDAC inhibition, such as cancer and haemoglobin disorders,such as beta-marine or sickle cell anaemia.
