This invention relates to local compounds for the control of parasites and endoparasites in animals,which include at least one active agent of isoxazoline and one pharmacologically acceptable agent,optionally in combination with one or more additional active agents. This invention also provides improved methods of eradication,control,and the prevention of parasitic infections and infestations in an animal involving the administration of the invention compositions to the animal in need.
