A low-orbit satellite system capable of sharing the radio spectrum with geostatic satellites and methods of to enable the exchange of information. In some embodiments,the satellite gradually tilts as it travels along its trajectory,or its transmission bundles are increasingly targeted at the equivalent level,Compared to when the satellite is away from the equator level. Using this technique,an angular separation sufficient to prevent interference between satellite radio signals and GEO radio signals in all satellite positions;and,as a result, a good cover is provided at all positions on the ground.
