The level automation and program control unit 1 has three communication-switching inputs and four communication-switching outputs, the unit for dry soda-containing substance 2 is provided with two communication-switching inputs and one output, the conveyor 3 is provided with an input, an output and one communication-switching input, the circulation pump 4 is provided with an input, an output and a communication-switching input, the unit for dissolving soda-containing substance 5 has three inputs, two outputs and a communication-switching input. The aeration channel 6 has an input, an output and a communication-switching input. The second unit for settling water 7 is provided with an input, two outputs and a communication-switching otput, and the water drainage unit with a pH concentration greater than 7.8 8 has an input, an output and a communication-switching otput. The first unit for water sludge 9 and the water supply unit with a pH concentration of less than 7.05 10 each have an input and an output, but the first unit for water sludge 9 is provided with a communication-switching otput, and the unit 10 is provided with a communication-switching input. The unit for removing sediment fractions 11 has an input and an output, and the unit for moving sediment fractions 12, the first gate 13 and the second gate 14 are each provided with an input, an output and a communication-switching input. The technical result expected from using the provided device consists in reducing waste of aquatic organisms during their growth in closed water supply installations.
