The invention relates to medicine, in particular to physiotherapy, and is proposed as a method of treatment in general medical practice using a solution of dimexide in the process of drug electrophoresis. The essence of the method is that to obtain a solution of dimexide with a concentration of 5-10% to a standard 99% solution of dimexide add 0.2% solution of potassium chloride and get the resulting solution in different volumes. In the resulting solution, the appearance of the electrical conductivity of the dimexide solution occurs due to the formation of solvate ions with the superiority of positive ions in this tool. This electrophoretic phenomenon contributes to the increase in the electrical conductivity of the dimexide solution and its effectiveness in the process of drug electrophoresis. During the formation of solvated ions (positive and negative) surrounding the bipolar dimexide molecule, a system is formed consisting of uneven amounts of positive and negative charged conglomerates with the advantage of a positive charge belonging to one end (potassium element).
