摘要

This document provides de novo synthesized large nucleic acid libraries with a low error rate. In addition, devices for manufacturing high quality building blocks such as oligonucleotides are described herein. Longer nucleic acids can be synthesized in parallel using microfluidic blocks. In addition, the methods provided herein provide the rapid construction of large libraries of high quality long genes. Also provided herein are devices for manufacturing large libraries of long and high quality nucleic acids.
