The present invention relates to a combination of active ingredients suitable for topical vaginal use, and is preferably used to treat vaginal dryness and vulvovaginal atrophy. The association includes molecular oxygen and hyaluronic acid for topical treatment of vaginal disorders. In this case, the oxygen inherent in the association mainly works as a carrier medium for hyaluronic acid and at the same time as an “enhancing agent” to increase the permeability of hyaluronic acid, which stimulates local microcirculation, and also provides tissue regeneration and promotes sperm absorption through the vaginal mucosa. An advantage of the present invention is to ensure the effectiveness of treatment in which patients who undergo a therapeutic course do not experience pain that previously interfered with their normal intimate life.
