The invention relates to an isolated or purified T-cell receptor (TCR), where the TCR has antigenic specificity for the mutant homologue of the viral Kirsten rat sarcoma oncogene (KRAS), presented by the class II molecule of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA). The invention also relates to corresponding polypeptides and proteins, as well as corresponding nucleic acids, recombinant expression vectors, host cells, cell populations and pharmaceutical compositions. The invention also provides methods for detecting the presence of cancer in a mammal, and methods for treating or preventing the development of cancer in a mammal.
