To provide dual variable region antibody-like binding proteins having cross-over binding region orientation.SOLUTION: Provided is an antibody-like binding protein comprising four polypeptide chains that form four antigen binding sites, where two polypeptide chains have a structure represented by the formula: V-L-V-L-C[I] and two polypeptide chains have a structure represented by the formula: V-L-V-L-C-F[II], Vand Vare respectively first and second light chain variable domains; Vand Vare respectively first and second heavy chain variable domains; Cis a light chain constant domain; Cis a Cheavy chain constant domain; Fis a hinge region, and Cand Cheavy chain constant domains; and Lare amino acid linkers, the antibody-like binding protein forming a cross-over light chain-heavy chain pair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
