This invention relates to medicine and cosmetology field, more particularly, to the transdermal low molecular drug release systems. The system is based on inorganic particles (goethite) which adsorbing low molecular compounds on surface. Irradiation of the nanofiber composite with visible light promotes the heating of particles, thereby promoting the desorption of the drug. The scope of the invention is the manufacture of transdermal patches for the controlled and prolonged delivery of drugs or other active substances in the visible light for therapeutic use, for example, in an natural sunlight, where, depending on the intensity of the sun, drug release is initiated.
