The invention relates to the technology for producing nanocomposite materials used in the optoelectronic industry, namely for the production of photo- and electroluminescent devices, for registration, transmission and amplification of optical information.The process for producing luminiferous nanocomposite based on binuclear coordination compound of Eu(III) and polymer comprises dissolution of [Eu(µ2-OC2H5)(btfa)(NO3)(phen)]2phen and poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole, mixing of solutions in the mass ratio, %: [Eu(µ2-OC2H5)(btfa)(NO3)(phen)]2phen - 0.6…20; poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole - the rest, at a temperature of 18…25°C for 20…30 hours and drying of the resulting mixture on a substrate at a temperature of 45…50°C for 3…5 hours.
