The notification concerns (2E)-2 -[(2R,5R)-2 -methyl -5 -(prop -1 -en -2 -yl)cyclohexylidene]ethyl butane of model 1, which is used in the cosmetic and food industries as a fragrance.The notification shall also cover the production of ethyl (2E)-2 -[(2R,5R)-2 -methyl -5 -(prop -1 -en -2 -yl)cyclohexylidene]butaniate of a 1 -character,that (+)-dihydrocarbon is subjected to an HWE reaction using ethyl 2 -(diethoxyphosphoryl)butane as a reagent and tetrahydrofuran as a reaction environment, with a reaction carried out in an ice bath,and after the process has been completed, the solvents are evaporated and the product is cleaned using column chromatography,the reaction is controlled using thin film chromatography.
