The purpose of the notification is to measure the heat of the effluent by means of a cascade heat absorber and a cascade heat absorber (1) in which, by cascade arrangement of the sewer pipes (2), five degrees fall at a section cut from the vertical installation,obtained by extending them at least seven million times,slowing down the flow of the liquid 30 -to -30 times in relation to the vertical flow cut by a section which, in sum, is wrapped after this section with a cold water pipe (3) completely and with the cumulative mass enclosure (x), allows the effective heat to be taken from the effluent on this section and of this cumulative mass and the supply of cold water to the installation,water at constant and specified temperature 22 -degree Celsius and above this temperature to the exchanger of the hot water object or installation,thus creating a closed circuit of heat in the building and installations. The notification shall also cover a device characterised by this,that the cascade absorber can and works at the level of the cut section of the typical fall of the horizontal pipes and plumbing.
