The object of the invention is the active segment of the single-sludge extrusion system, which is based (1),on which is a cylindrical part consisting of the first stationary part of the cylinder, with the other stationary part of the cylinder aligned with it, joined by a cylindrical housing (7),between which there are at least two rotary sleeves (3a) driven by a cog wheel. Inside the cylindrical part is a snail (6) with a twist (6a). It is characterized by the fact that the first stationary part of the cylinder and the second stationary part of the cylinder are connected by a cylindrical housing (7) with at least two passing grooves (7a) located horizontally to the cylindrical axis of the housing (7).
