摘要

The coupling of flow and heat transfer has been solved in this paper by combining the CFD technology with the Mesh Superposition Technique of POLYFLOW software. And the numerical simulation, which can simultaneously reflect the pressure field, temperature field as well as the velocity field of the flow and heat transfer in the single-extruder's melt conveying section, has been obtained. The impact of screw speed on the flow field of melt conveying segment has been investigated.
