Method of producing graphene/CrFesub2/subOsub4/sub sub /sub nanocomposite

The purpose of the notification is to obtain the graphene/CrFe2O4 composition, which is characterised by the fact that graphene oxide is sonified in ethanol in the quantity of 0,5 g of graphene in 50 ml of ethanol and added to the solution iron nitrate III, chromium nitrate in relation to 1:1, followed by the addition of 25% aqueous ammonia solution. The mixture is then subjected to pressure treatment in a microwave solar thermal reactor for a period of time from 15 to 45 minutes at pressure from 4 to 6 MPa, after which the product obtained is subjected to a process of heating in the atmosphere of inert gas at temperatures from 500oC to 650oC,and then rinse with distilled water and dry. The notification also covers the second way of obtaining the graphene/CrFe2O4 composition, which is characterised by the fact that graphene oxide is sonified in ethanol in the quantity of 0,5 g of graphene in 50 ml of ethanol and the iron nitrate III, chromium nitrate in relation to 1:1, is added to the solution, 25% aqueous ammonia solution is added. The mixture is then subjected to autoclave pressure treatment at temperatures from 120,C to 200,C for a period of twelve to 20 hours, after which the product obtained is subjected to a process of heating in the atmosphere of inert gas at temperatures from 500,C to 650,c, and then washed with distilled water and dried.
