The invention consists of the chiral sulphonamide derivatives 5-phenyl-7-methyl-pyrazole[4,3-e]tetrazole[4,5-b][1,2,4]triazines presented in general formula 1. Compounds that exhibit anti-cancer activity,cytostatic,cytotoxic and antiproliferative. The invention is also concerned with the production of pyramid derivatives of 5-phenyl-7-methyl-pyrazole[4,3-e]tetrazolo[4,5-b][1,2,4] triazine with general formula 1, and the use of such compounds and the pharmaceutical composition containing them.
