System and method for producing hydrogen for use in refinery and petrochemical processes

The purpose of the notification is an integrated system for the production of hydrogen used in the refining and petrochemical processes, which consists of a hydrogen production and recovery installation integrated in one whole through a set of compressors (compressors) (ZS) as follows, that the inlets of the compressor set (ZS) are connected to the conductors of the external low pressure hydrogen gases (17) and to the conductor of the recycled gas (13),leaving the cryogenic distillation node (4) of the hydrogen recovery plant and containing hydrogen, methane and nitrogen, and the outlets of the compressor set (ZS) are connected by pipes to the hydrogen recovery plant or hydrogen production plant nodes, in addition to the way the processes are conducted in such an integrated system, characterised by this,that the external low-pressure hydrogen gases (17) or recycled gas (13) are introduced into the integrated compression system (compressor system (compressor system) and, upon reaching the working pressure, are distributed to the nodes of the integrated hydrogen recovery and hydrogen production plants in order to obtain pure hydrogen (11). Furthermore, the purpose of the notification is to obtain the hydrogen used in the refining and petrochemical processes.
