The purpose of the notification is to reduce CO2 emissions per unit of electrical power of the coal blocks by adding to the fuel and changing the way it is given. The metering device intended for the power plant block shall be such as to permit the enrichment of the fuel delivered to the combustion plant by an adequate quantity of ammonia, using heat from steam from the turbogenerator blocks for the regeneration of liquid ammonia.
