The object of the invention is diglycine-derived nanoconjugate [60]fullerene with gemcitabine,the structure shown in Model 2 and the way in which it is obtained, which consists of the diglycine derivative [60]fullerene (1 equivalent) of the structure shown in Model 1. The substance of the invention is also the use of diglycine-derived nanoconjugate [60]fulerene with gemcitabine,the structure shown in Model 2 for the manufacture of an anticancer medicine used in the treatment of pancreatic or breast cancer.
