The object of the invention is to obtain a flat-rate graphene by means of a low-temperature reduction of thermal graphene oxide and a reactor to obtain a flat-rate graphene. In the initial phase of the production of the platelet graphene, reduced graphene oxide is subjected to inert gas,favourable nitrogen. At a later stage of the process, this gas may be switched off or used for the duration of the reduction. The thermal reduction process is achieved by the rapid heating (50oC/min) of graphene oxide in the reactor up to a specified temperature within the range of 250 -600 oC. The reactor consists of a mobile lifter (11) of a reduction vessel (1) and a fixed cover (2),bonded (3). The cover (2) shall be fitted with a shorthand enabling the thermometer reduction system (4),a pipe (5) providing inert gas and a pipe (7) discharging discharged gas products, which are pipes (5, 7) passing through heating systems (6 and 9). The gas discharge line (7) connects to the cyclone (8). Lower part of the reduction vessel (1),on a large surface, it contacts the heating system (10) and the whole is placed on a lift (11) to facilitate the process of reducing graphene oxide.
