The composite bridge panel has a foam core made of the same graniosulphate elements and is characterized by sensors built into its internal structure. The way in which a composite panel is produced is characterized by the fact that all walls of identical foam elements (4) of granite-shaped foam are applied to a flat textile product (5),after which these graniastosulphate elements (4) are arranged in the form of laminate layers (1),uniformly one wheel of the other, the core thus formed (2) is composed of a top layer of laminate (1),and then the whole binds to the polymer resin and hardens the resin. Sensors shall be positioned between the individual laminate layers (1) or between the core (2) and laminate layers (1) before hardening the resin. The monitoring system has a server-connected record-transmitter set equipped with a recorder to which the bridge panel composite sensors are connected and is characterized by the record-transmitter set recording the measured information using the panel composite sensors, physical size values and are sent to the server,where measured values are converted into values defined in the system for the determination of the technical status of the composite panel, and on that basis the technical status is assessed or the composition panel overload is detected.
