The purpose of this notification is to provide a carbine snack (Cyprinus carpio) with antioxidant properties and the way in which it is produced. This Carp Cutter contains pre-heat-treated minced carp meat, crushed dactyl, cereal flakes, crushed nuts and seeds obtained from a mixture consisting of 30% to 36% of heat-treated carp meat, 30% to 36% of dried carp weight, 20% to 25% weight cereal flakes, 2% to 5% weight nuts, 2% to 4% weight seeds.
