The universal magnetic mounting base for mounting on different surfaces of equipment intended to be mounted on a rail in the TH35 standard of equipment is characterised by a body in the form of a straight-ahead with an open rectangle on one side and/or on both sides forming a chamber for magnets (3) secured by a bolt (2) holding a magnet (3),and the lateral parts of the body are fitted to the ear (4) with mounting holes (5), with the dimensions of the base of the body (1) of the mounting base enabling the attachment of the equipment to be mounted on the rail in standard TH35 to be clamped. It has a body equipped with top and bottom mounting tips in the form of forks positioned on top and forksto the lower positions. It is well equipped with an element that raises the friction coefficient with a mounted surface. The method of attachment of devices intended to be fitted to the rail in standard TH35 using a universal magnetic mounting base is characterised by:that the body locks on the basis of the device intended to be fitted to the TH35 standard. The body of the universal magnetic mounting base allows mechanical attachment by twisting the screw using the fixing ear (4) under the screw and the hole (5) in that ear. An element enhancing the adhesion of the combined surfaces shall be applied to the base of the universal magnetic mounting base.
