Amino acid sequences of recombinant flavivirus proteins and recombinant flavivirus virus-like particles, their use to prevent Zika virus infection, and in vitro diagnostic use

The notification concerns amino acid sequences, single, recombinant Zika proteins or recombinant Zika-like particles containing at least two Zika-virus proteins. Structural protein E or cytoplasmic domain E and/or structural protein PrM were used in both types of sequences. In some sequences a part of protein E virus was usedand tick-brain inflammation. The notification shall also include the use of amino acid sequences of recombinant proteins or virus-like particles to prevent Zika infection and as an immunogenic component to receive vaccines.and as an in vitro diagnostic antigen for the detection of infections with flaw viruses, in particular Zika virus, tick-borne encephalitis virus and Dengue virus, as part of diagnostic tests.
