The invention relates to an orthopedic device for the correction of a foot malposition expressed by the defects named talipes calcaneus and talipes calcaneovalgus, particular variants of Talus valgus, and to a process for manufacturing the same. The claimed device consists of a fixed subassembly (1), mounted on the calf of the foot, which is assembled by means of a cylindrical joint with a movable subassembly (2), mounted on the defective foot, and which allows the correction of defects of talus valgus type by actuating a rosette-like member (39) which drives a worm (3) – worm wheel (4) gear, assembled, by means of countersunk screws (6 and 7), with a graduated cap (5) provided with an angular scale (51), incrementally graded by 10° and which allows controlling the angular displacement necessary for the correction of the defect, the fixed subassembly (1), the movable subassembly (2) and the graduated cap (5) being custom-manufactured by technologies such as selective laser sintering of composite and metal powders, by using anatomical data taken from DICOM images, which are then converted into STL and GCODE files and sent to a 3D printing equipment to be manufactured.
