The invention relates to a nanocomposite material of polyurethane structure having wearproof and slip-preventing properties, meant to be used in civil and industrial constructions industry to increase the adherence of surfaces subjected to high pedestrian traffic and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the nanocomposite material consists of a polyetherpolyol PETOL 36 3 BO which is modified at the nanometric level with an aluminosilicate of the bentonite class, in a ratio of 6% gravimetric parts, 20 parts of reticulation agent and 100 gravimetric parts of polyol component, a diisocyanate with isocyanate groups equivalent from the chemical reactivity viewpoint, a sticky resin intended to confer it adherence for every type of material used in civil and industrial constructions, while not requiring primers of superhard materials, such as SiOand AlO. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists, in a first stage, in preparing nanomodified polyether polyol from an initial polyol PETOL 36 3 BO with laminated aluminosilicate of the bentonite type, followed by the second stage in which the nanopolyol component from a polyaddition reaction is reticulated by using 4,4 diisocyanate diphenylmethane and mixing the components, while stirring continuously for 90 min, with subsequent diisocyanate admixture by dropping an amount of 0.5 g/min for 60 min.
