The invention relates to a method of Ag nanoparticles deposition onto the surface of an alloy employed for preparing an implant with antimicrobial activity. According to the invention, the method consists in coating an alloy of the type 60Co-26.5Cr-4.5Mo-0.8Mn-6Nb-0.8Zr, previously subjected to a surface treatment with 2.5% polystyrene nano spheres, with a silver-nanoparticles coat made from silver salts solutions, using the electrochemical method of pulsed potential, to result in a uniform coat of silver particles of controllable sizes and relatively narrow dimensional distribution.
