The invention relates to an acquisition and processing system for physiological parameters. According to the invention, the system comprises a physiological parameter acquisition device (DAPF) which may be mounted within a piece of clothing of a user (1), whereto several ECG electrodes are connected: an electrode (2) for the right hand, an electrode (3) for the left hand, an electrode (4) for the left leg, the three electrodes (2, 3 and 4) forming the Einthoven's triangle, and a reference electrode (5) is dedicated to the right leg, the device (DAPF) also receiving signals from some acceleration and temperature sensors which are embedded in a sensorial element (6) and from other devices, such as: a photoplethysmograph and an apparatus for monitoring the arterial pressure, and communicating, through a long-distance communication line (LDC), with a server (7), and, through a short-distance communication line (SRL), with a mobile device (8), such as a phone or a tablet, on which a program for automatic physiological data analysis runs, and the results, elaborated by a specialist, such as a doctor, are transmitted, by the server (7), towards the mobile device (8).
