The invention relates to process for preparing vegetal extracts of mallow (Malva sp.) species for dermato-cosmetic use. According to the invention, the process consists of the direct extraction of the vegetal raw material in propylene glycol 50%, at the room temperature, possibly the extraction in ethanol 70% at the room temperature/reflux temperature, followed by the passing into propylene glycol 50% in a dry and minced plant : extraction solvent extraction ratio of 1 : 10 extraction ratio (g/v), the extract separation, chemical analysis, decantation or filtration of intermediary extract, quantitative analysis of the finished extract in order to perform corrections for the standardized final extract having a content of 1 mg of total flavones, expressed as Rutin per 1 ml of extract in propylene glycol 50% vol as solvent.
