According to the invention, the station is provided with at least one output device and several input devices and equipments with adjustable /self-adjustable position, which take over both data on the objective evolution of the user's movements training and on physical and emotional and/or mental state of the user, the physical training environment being adjustable at the beginning of the training according to the training needs and the estimated or predetermined level of experience of the user, during the training process the information is stored in a storage module and then processed with a processing module, while estimating, beside the progress and conformity of the tasks performed by the user, his physical, emotional and/or mental state, the training station having the ability to real-time automatically adjust the instructions sent to the user regarding the task in progress or to be executed farther.
