The invention relates to a combined fodder composition to be used for feeding egg-laying hens. According to the invention, the composition comprises 6% flax grit for enriching it with ω 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, 3.2% sea-buckthorn grit for ensuring a balanced oxidative status and, for the remainder, a mixture of conventional fodder based on maize, wheat, soy grit and sunflower grit, respectively, sunflower oil, lysine, methionine, calcium carbonate, mono-calcium phosphate, salt, choline and conventional premix, the percentage being expressed by mass, the composition having a raw protein content of 17.48%, 12.16 g of α -linoleic acid/100 g of total fatty acids, a polyphenol content of 1.22 mg gallic acid equivalent/g of sample, an antioxidant capacity of 41.87 mM ascorbic acid equivalent/g of sample, 33.70 ppm of vitamin E, 5.92 ppm of lutein and zeaxanthin, as well as 16.17 Mj/kg raw energy.
