This method determines the status of the underwater background in the area and the value of the input variables that affect the background state values of these locations. It provides a trained artificial neural network, whose input layer includes input variables and output layer values, including position state values, and uses neural network to determine the future underwater state values of these positions. Based on these future national values, the fund is managed underwater.
