The utility model relates to a process of making vegetable patty with a combination of unripe jackfruit (Atocarpus heterophyllus), mung bean (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilzek) and potato (Solanum tuberosum). The process comprises the steps of a) preparing the raw materials and ingredients; b) frying unripe jackfruit, potato, onion and garlic; b) mixing the fried vegetables with beans, condiments and seasoning in a food processor and pulse blending with breadcrumbs; and c) forming the mixture to produce vegetable patties.
