Provided is an oral care method which enables oral care with the use of an ozone microbubble solution, wherein the diameter and concentration of the microbubbles can be appropriately controlled, the ozone microbubble solution can be stored over a long period of time, and an odor component-decomposing effect and an antiviral effect, in addition to a bactericidal effect, can be exerted. The oral care method using an ozone microbubble solution is characterized in that: the ozone gas concentration of the undiluted solution for the ozone microbubble solution is 100 ppm or more; the ozone microbubble solution maintains the bactericidal effect even when diluted to an ozone gas concentration of 4 ppm or less; the ozone microbubble solution has an ozone gas concentration of 4 ppm or more after frozen storage for 1 year or longer; and the ozone microbubble solution has an odor component-decomposing effect and an antiviral effect, in addition to a bactericidal effect.
