A computer-implemented method for displaying rich text on a 3D model includes obtaining, by one or more processing devices, a target rich text; invoking a rendering tool corresponding to a file format of the target rich text; rendering the target rich text using the rendering tool, to obtain a rendering resu invoking a graphical programming interface; and texture mapping the rendering result to an area of the 3D model using the graphical programming interface.
