Cover ditch control well. The well includes a long-haul tube (8),to which a water inlet (5) is connected to lead water into the mains pipe and a water outlet (4, 3) to lead water out of the mains pipe, and a control tube (1);which is fitted into the mains pipe and connected to the outlet (4, 3). The control tube displays a water flow opening to regulate a water flow between the inlet and the outlet and the height of the water surface in the well. The control tube (1) is fixed to the mains tube (8) by its one end being closely connected to the outlet (4, 3);where the side (2) is fixed to the mains pipe (8) so that the flow-through aperture is designed in the wall of the control tube at the chosen height to allow the flow of water when the surface of the mains pipe exceeds that height.
