The invention relates to a vibration reducing apparatus (2; 32; 62) configured to suppress vibration of a first part (4; 34; 64) in a system (200) comprising said first part (4; 34; 64) and a second part (201), wherein said first and second parts are arranged to vibrate at different frequencies. Said vibration reducing apparatus (2; 32; 62) comprising at least one elastic element (6, 6'; 36, 37; 66) arranged between side members (8, 10; 38, 40; 68, 70) and an adjusting arrangement (12; 42; 72) in connection with the side members. The adjusting arrangement (12; 42; 72) comprises control means (14; 44; 74) arranged on the outside of at least one of the side members (8, 10; 38, 40; 68, 70) configured to actuate the at least one elastic element (6, 6'; 36, 37; 66) from a first resting position (P1) to a second active position (P2). The adjusting arrangement (12; 42; 72) also comprises a positioning arm (20; 50; 80) arranged to connect said vibration reducing apparatus (2; 32; 62) with the second part (201) of the system (200) and to hold said vibration reducing apparatus (2; 32; 62) in place in relation to said first part (4; 204; 34; 64). The invention also relates to a system and a vehicle comprising a vibration reducing apparatus (2; 32; 62).
