The invention relates to an automated food-cutting machine comprising: a cutting element (1) defining a cutting point; a rotation shaft (5) for receiving a rotation; a body (4) joined to the rotation shaft (5); at least one receptacle (6) joined to the body (4) and radially spaced with respect to the rotation shaft (5) such that, by means of the rotation of the body (4), same can be positioned opposite the cutting point; a cavity in each of the receptacles (6) for containing the products, the cavity being defined with an end opening for the passage of the food and a longitudinal opening for depositing and removing the food; an element (7) for moving through the cavity and pulling the food to the end opening; means for placing the food in the receptacle (6); a control unit for actuating said means, the element (7) being at a start point, and for moving the element (7) between the start and end points.
