The present invention is directed compositions for targeteddelivery of RNA interference (RNAi) polynucleotides to hepaiocytes in vivo.Targeted RNAi polynucleotides are administered together with co-targetedme!ittm dehvery peptides. Dehvery peptides provide membrane penetrationfaction for movement of the RNAi polynucleotides from outside the cell toinside the cell. Reversible modification provides physiologicalresponsiveness to the delivery peptides.
