Stabilized compositions employing a binding system for improving shelfstability of an activated bleach compositioncontaining a peroxygen source and a catalyst activator are disclosed.Stabilized compositions employ a binding system comprisingan anionic surfactant for a solid formulation of a catalyst activator andperoxygen source to provide shelf stability for an activatedbleach composition. Methods of formulating and use are further disclosed.
