HYDRO-VISCOUS SPEED REGULATING DEVICE FOR HEAVY-LOAD START OF BELT CONVEYOR

A hydro-viscous speed regulating device for heavy-load start of a beltconveyor comprises an input shaft and an output shaft connected through aspline tube,an inner and outer friction plate set being controlled by an inner and anouter oilcylinder respectively. Oil inlet and oil return of the inner and outer oilcylinders arecontrolled by oil inlet and oil return valve cores automatically. In astarting process,pressure oil enters the outer oil cylinder, and engages the outer frictionplate set toprovide torque required by the output shaft. When the starting processcompletes, theoutput shaft's revolving speed rises; the oil inlet and oil return valve coresmoveoutward under a centrifugal force; the pressure oil enters the inner oilcylinder andengages the inner friction plate set to provide torque required by the outputshaft, andoil returns to the outer oil cylinder.
