The present application provides a fresh-air fan preheating control method and system, a computer device, a computer-readable storage medium, a fresh air fan, and an air conditioning system. The fresh air fan comprises an air inlet, an air supply outlet, and a heat source; the air inlet is used for introducing fresh air from outdoors; the air supply port is used for supplying air indoors; the heat source is located on the side where the air inlet is located; the fresh-air fan preheating control method comprises: in response to a fresh-air fan start command, it is determined, according to the inlet air temperature TA, whether to turn on the heat source. In the preheating control method provided by the present application, the fresh air fan can operate normally even in a low-temperature environment, thus improving the safety and reliability of the operation of an air conditioning system using the fresh air fan and meeting the currently strong demand for starting fresh air fans in low-temperature environments.
