A control method and system for a smog-removing fresh-air air conditioning system. The system comprises a main unit controller (1), an outdoor temperature sensor (2), and the fresh air heat exchanger (3). A fresh air duct (6) is equipped with a swapping pipeline capable of swapping the order in which fresh air flows through the fresh air heat exchanger (3) and the dust filter (4). The outdoor temperature sensor (2) is arranged outdoors. The dust filter (4), the air supply fan (8), the air exhaust fan (9) are all electrically connected to the main unit controller (1) while the main unit controller (1) controls the swapping of the order in which fresh air flows through the fresh air heat exchanger (3) and the dust filter (4).
